WHOSE LAND SCOTLAND WILL CLOSE TO NEW BUSINESS ON 31 MARCH 2025.
We have had to make the difficult decision, for financial reasons, to close Whose Land Scotland on 31 March 2025 to new business. Like all small/micro businesses, we are not immune from the current economic situation. Unfortunately rising levels of financial overheads and regulatory commitments over the last few years have now made it difficult for us to continue as we would have liked.
For existing clients, thank you all (you know who you are!) for your friendship and support over all the years we have been operating. We really appreciate it.
Please be assured that all client records will continue to be securely and confidentially held by us in accordance with our formal agreement(s) with you and our ongoing data protection and confidentiality obligations. Where we have submitted title registration applications for you which are still with Registers of Scotland (ROS) for processing, those will continue through the ROS registrations system and we will issue your completed registered titles to you as and when we receive them from ROS.
Robin Priestley is NOT retiring and from 1 April 2025 will operate as a Legal Director at Morton Fraser MacRoberts LLP. See www.mfmac.com for contact details. Clients new and old all welcome!
Thank you,
Whose Land Scotland
