Recent Activity

Since we set up in 2015 we have been very busy! We have carried out many in-depth ownership investigations of land all over Scotland. Voluntary registrations in the Land Register of Scotland have also been very popular, as the public and private sectors worked to have their land registered to meet the Scottish Government’s (non-binding) 2024 target. But it is still possible – and desirable – to get unregistered land moved on to the Land Register for lots of good reasons. So registration is still worthwhile now!

We are very pleased to have completed the following voluntary registration projects for clients:

Acting as a consultant to an Edinburgh law firm, I have also completed many voluntary registrations for public sector clients. These include many rural crofting estates & industrial estates in the Highlands & Islands, along with military sites, bases and facilities throughout Scotland. Not forgetting the Cairngorm Estate, including its well known winter sports area and the Northern Corries of the Cairngorm mountains!

We can deal with properties anywhere in Scotland. If you would like to discuss registration of your land (or need someone to investigate the ownership of other land) please get in touch.
